Creates a shift plan working area in the organization, with the same rules as Settings > Shift Plan > Working Areas.
The name is required. Surrounding spaces are removed, and it must have between 3 and 51 characters and be unique in the organization, ignoring upper and lower case.
The locationId is optional and must be the id of an office of the organization that is active for Shift Plan (see GET /offices). Omit it or send null for a working area not tied to a location.
Only name and locationId are accepted in the body.
